We do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you for a 24 hours notice so that we may book another client and keep our service providers booked. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total services canceled. This rebooking fee must be paid before another service is scheduled.
